How do I register for an account?

  1. Access your company's Jifflenow homepage (https://company-name.jifflenow.com/portal/)
    The login screen displays.

  2. ClickRegister.

    Note: If you do not see the Register link, your company has chosen to manage access internally. Reach out to an event manager from within your company to request access.

  3. Complete the registration form using your corporate email address and all other pertinent information.

    Note:Fill all fields marked with an asterisk as they are mandatory.

    TipBe sure to type the captcha in the field provided as omitting it would result in unsuccessful registration. 

  4. ClickRegister.
    The account is registered.

  5. In the confirmation email you receive, click the verification link.

  6. Create a password to finish the registration process.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to your company's Jifflenow portal login page.

    Note: This will normally be https://yourcompany.jifflenow.com/portal.

  2. From the login page, click Forgot Password? for the steps to reset the password.

Why didn't I get my "Reset Password" email?

It may have happened because you have used the wrong email address or the email might be in your spam folder or have been blocked.
Even if you have not received the Reset Password email, reach out to your CSM.

 


How do I log in to Jifflenow products?

Logging into Jifflenow products eEvent and eCampaign is dependent on how your company has chosen to configure the instances. There are three main ways to log in to Jifflenow products:

  1. Corporate Email/Password
    • Using your corporate email address and the password you set up when verifying your account. If you've forgotten the password you chose when verifying your account, simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen (yourcompany.jifflenow.com/portal) to reset it. Refer to How do I reset my password?

  2. Single Sign On (SSO)
    • If your company has integrated its SSO, you can log in using the same SSO process you would use to access your own corporate computer.

  3. CRM
    • If your company has integrated its CRM with Jifflenow, you'll be able to book meetings directly from within the software you're already using to track everything. Whether it's Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or some other CRM, the process is seamless. No need to log in to Jifflenow separately.
